Coreso is one of Europe’s Regional Coordination Centres (RCCs), helping to keep the electricity grid safe and efficient across countries. We work closely with Transmission System Operators (TSOs) and other partners to support energy coordination in a complex and fast-changing landscape.

To support our CEO and Management Team, we’re looking for an Executive Assistant who brings structure, focus, and a proactive mindset to daily operations.

  

Your new career in Coreso 

As Executive Assistant, you support the CEO and Management Team by managing their time, priorities, and communication with clarity and focus. You act as a trusted partner and key liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

You handle complex agendas, prepare meetings and board sessions, track decisions, and streamline executive workflows using digital tools. More than just support, you play a central role in driving structure, alignment, and governance at the highest level of the organisation.

As Executive Assistant, you will:

  • Manage the CEO’s and Management Team’s calendars and priorities

  • Organise meetings, board sessions, and events, with clear agendas and logistics

  • Follow up on decisions and action items

  • Coordinate communication between the CEO, teams, and external stakeholders

  • Handle documents and presentations, keeping everything up to date and accessible

  • Take care of executive travel and protocol

  • Use tools like Teams, SharePoint, and digital signature platforms to simplify workflows

  • Maintain confidentiality and support good governance

The above tasks are not exhaustive. Together with your line manager you have some room to fill in the job description to what you think is important in your job. After all, you are the expert! 

Job requirements

What are we looking for?

  • You have proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, supporting senior leaders in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • You’re highly organised and reliable when it comes to executive coordination and time management, ensuring agendas, priorities, and deadlines are always under control.

  • You’re confident handling documents and records, managing board materials and sensitive information with discretion and precision.

  • You have a knack for planning and delivering meetings and high-level events, from briefings to logistics.

  • You’re tech-savvy and enjoy using digital tools (Teams, SharePoint, PowerAutomate, e-signature platforms) to streamline processes and boost efficiency.

  • You know how to manage information flows and decision tracking, helping leadership turn ideas into structured action.

  • You communicate clearly in English (spoken and written); French or Dutch is a plus.

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree or have equivalent experience.
