As a Regional Coordination Center (RCC), Coreso plays a crucial role in coordinating high-voltage electricity flows for European Transmission System Operators (TSOs), ensuring the security of electricity supply on a regional basis.


Coreso is looking for a dedicated IT Support Engineer who is passionate about delivering qualitative IT services and eager to ensure the smooth operation of our IT environment.

In this role, you will be the key player in maintaining our IT infrastructure, your expertise will be critical in providing uninterrupted IT support (24/7 basis), ensuring our systems and applications are functioning efficiently, and supporting our team in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Being an IT Support Engineer your main tasks will be:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and issues.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and escalate as necessary.
  • Coordinate and execute the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Manage User Account creation, accecss & security
  • Monitor and manage the IT support ticket system and resolve tickets within defined SLAs
  • Ensure systems and applications are operational and functioning efficiently
  • Collaborate with various service providers to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain Meeting Room Infrastructure by conducting maintenance and follow-up on troubleshooting

Job requirements


What are we looking for?


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in user management and IT support.
  • Must be available for on-call duty once a week a month, 24/7
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong knowledge of user account management and Active Directory.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
