Job description
Embark on an exciting journey with Coreso, a dynamic and fast-paced company at the forefront of the European energy landscape. Your new career in Coreso - Learning Coordinator
Help people grow. Support change. Make learning part of our everyday work.
As a Regional Coordination Center (RCC), our goal is to ensure a stable power supply while supporting the energy transition toward a smarter, more connected European energy system. Achieving this takes strong collaboration and continuous learning.
We’re looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator with approximately 2-5 years of experience who’s hands-on, curious, and motivated by making learning work in practice. You enjoy connecting the dots between business needs and learning solutions, whether that means building a clear onboarding path for a new colleague, shaping a workshop with technical experts, or improving how we use our LMS. You know how to turn ideas into action, and you're not afraid to dive into both content and coordination.
In this role, you’ll report to and work closely with the Talent Development Lead and collaborate with international teams across the organization. You’ll be part of an expanding HR team in a growing organization with an international environment, where learning is part of how we work and grow every day.
Let us give you a preview of your future mission!
As a L&D Coordinator, you will:
Coordinate and support the roll-out of learning initiatives, onboarding tracks, and in-house workshops, ensuring smooth delivery and great learner experience.
Manage and optimise our Learning Management System (LMS) by keeping content organised, user-friendly, and up to date.
Create or adapt content for e-learnings, blended sessions, or internal workshops using clear, engaging formats.
Work closely with the Talent Development Lead, internal teams, and external providers to co-design practical learning solutions tailored to business needs.
Support employees and managers with questions about learning paths, sessions, and available tools.
Take ownership of training logistics, including planning calendars, tracking attendance, coordinating with providers, and collecting feedback.
Track learning analytics and feedback to help us continuously improve our learning offer.
Keep an eye on L&D trends and new formats, and suggest ideas to make our learning approach fresh and future-ready.
Job requirements
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is both organized and creative. Someone who can work independently, but also enjoys being part of a team. You don’t need to know everything already, what matters most is that you care about helping others develop and are eager to keep learning yourself.
A Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Educational Sciences, HR, Psychology or other related field or equivalent experience through work
2–4 years of experience in L&D, training coordination or HR development.
Experience working with an LMS (e.g. SuccessFactors, TalentLMS, 360LMS...).
Creativity and structure: you can both design a learning flyer in Canva and keep track of training budgets
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Working knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus, but not required 🙂
If you are passionate about learning and development and have a track record of driving employee growth and organizational success, we would love to hear from you!
Offer?
We’re a small organization, but our impact is European. You’ll work in a role with visibility across teams and have the chance to shape how learning is done at Coreso, in a very practical, down-to-earth way.
What we offer:
🌍 A mission with meaning – help support the energy transition in Europe.
💰 A competitive salary package with strong extra-legal benefits (insurances, mobility budget, 35 holidays, 30% reimbursement of your electricity and gas bill…).
🏡 A hybrid way of working – 60% in the office, 40% from home.
👥 A diverse, international team based in Brussels, close to Parc du Cinquantenaire.
🧠 A workplace where development is taken seriously – including your own.
In line with our commitment to information security (ISO 27001), reference and background checks may form part of the selection process.
