Job description

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with Coreso, a dynamic and fast-paced company at the forefront of the European energy landscape? As a Regional Coordination Center (RCC), Coreso plays a crucial role in coordinating high-voltage electricity flows for European Transmission System Operators (TSOs), ensuring the security of electricity supply on a regional basis.

Your new career in Coreso - Learning & Development Officer

Help people grow. Support change. Make learning part of our everyday work.

At Coreso, we coordinate electricity flows across Europe, not just to keep the lights on, but to help build a smarter, more connected and secure energy system. As one of the Regional Coordination Centers in Europe (RCCs), we work with national Transmission System Operators (TSOs) to keep the power system stable across borders. It’s a complex task, and one that depends on strong collaboration and continuous development.

That’s where Learning & Development comes in.

Let us give you a preview of your future mission!

As L&D Officer, you will:

  • Coordinate and support the delivery of learning initiatives, workshops, and onboarding sessions.

  • Manage and improve the Learning Management System (LMS); keeping it organised, up-to-date and user friendly

  • Creating or adapting content for e-learnings, blended learning or internal workshops.

  • Work closely with the L&D Lead, business stakeholders, and external providers to co-create learning solutions and formats.

  • Supporting colleagues and managers with practical questions about learning paths, sessions, or tools.

  • Take ownership of learning logistics: training calendars, participant communication, provider follow-up, feedback collection, and reporting.

  • Monitor learning analytics and gather feedback to support continuous improvement

  • Stay in touch with L&D trends and suggesting ideas to make our approach more future-ready.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is both organized and creative. Someone who can work independently, but also enjoys being part of a team. You don’t need to know everything already, what matters most is that you care about helping others develop and are eager to keep learning yourself.

  • 2–4 years of experience in L&D, training coordination or HR development.

  • Experience working with an LMS (e.g. SuccessFactors, TalentLMS, 360LMS...).

  • Creativity and structure: you can both design a learning flyer in Canva and keep track of training budgets

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • B2-level of English (it’s our working language), Dutch and/or French are nice to have’s 🙂

If you are passionate about learning and development and have a track record of driving employee growth and organizational success, we would love to hear from you!
