Coreso is a dynamic and fast-paced company situated in the heart of the European headquarters in Brussels. We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Paralegal Assistant to support our legal regulatory and procurement teams. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and updating contract management systems, organizing legal documents, ensuring timely follow-up on contract expirations, and coordinating the signature process and support the procurement manager. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong administrative skills and a keen interest in legal and procurement affairs.

Your role and responsibilities will primarily focus on supporting the legal and procurement functions.

Legal:

• Maintain and regularly update the contract management system to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Manage and securely store legal documents for quick access and reference.

• Track and follow up on contract expiration notifications, ensuring timely renewals or launch of new procurement procedures

• Organize and manage the signature process of legal documents.

• Assist the Legal Advisor with the preparation and review of standardized agreements.

• Support the implementation of compliance policies across the organization.

Procurement :

• Coordinate confidentiality agreements with bidders and external stakeholders.

• Support compliance with corporate standards, regulatory requirements, procurement policies and internal controls.

• Ensure proper archiving and file management consistent with legal and procurement policies and ensure auditability of procurement files.

• Coordinate management approvals

• Monitors the end-to-end workflow of the tendering and contracting lifecycle.

What are we looking for?

• You have a bachelor degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, or Legal Studies.

• Possess 3-5 years experience in a similar role.

• Prior experience in the energy or another regulated sector is a plus

• Demonstrate proficiency in both English (written/spoken) and French

• Exhibit qualities of pragmatism, autonomy, and structured work approach.

• Capable of collaborating with diverse stakeholders with varying backgrounds.

• Ability to identify and resolve problems, proposing creative solutions while being mindful of associated risks.

• Display resilience,accuracy, patience, and curiosity as valuable attributes.
