In this role, you’ll be part of our Business Support team, collaborating with managers and project leaders to support the management of both internal and external resources. You will contribute to and provide advice on planning, budgeting, and forecasting to help ensure effective resource allocation and project success.

As a Resources Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the sourcing and staffing of diverse cross-departmental projects. Your mission is to ensure that the right resources are allocated to achieve predefined project objectives within time and budget, driving the continuous improvement of Coreso’s services.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze project staffing needs and manage resource allocation in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Detect and resolve resource gaps, fostering effective communication and teamwork.

• Assess and develop skills, proposing training programs or recruitment as needed.

• Support the annual budget cycle by documenting and challenging business needs.

• Create and maintain standardized processes and tools for resource planning.

• Assist the Head of Departments (Services Development, Operations and IT) with operational tasks, including timesheet validation and contract management.

• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, including universities.

• Stay updated on industry developments and apply insights to enhance services.

What are we looking for?

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

• Strong project management and change management abilities.

• Proficiency in ATS platforms and project management tools.

• Experience collaborating with external partners and internal leadership.
