As a Services Development Manager, you will lead a team of service engineers to deliver high-impact projects that support Coreso’s strategic objectives within the Pan-EU domain. You will manage a portfolio of complex, multi-year initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination between TSOs, RCCs, and other stakeholders while driving continuous improvement in project execution.

• Lead the portfolio of projects related to Pan-EU topics

• Define and coordinate a structured, multi-year work plan of strategic projects and activities.

• Oversee project governance, risk management, and quality control, ensuring alignment with Coreso’s best practices.

• Manage resource allocation, optimizing staffing and priorities across multiple initiatives

• Represent Coreso in European working groups and stakeholder meetings, ensuring the company’s interests are well-positioned.

• Foster cross-departmental collaboration with IT, Operations, and external partners to deliver impactful solutions.

• Lead, coach, and develop your team, ensuring they have the tools and support to succeed.

Who are we looking for?

• You hold a master’s degree (or equivalent) in economics, engineering, or a relevant field, with at least 10 years of experience in the energy sector.

• You have a deep understanding of TSO operations, RCC services, and the European energy regulatory framework, including EU policy objectives and market design.

• You have a strong track record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects within the TSO community, including engagement with policy makers.

• You excel at translating strategy into action, driving cross-functional collaboration, and applying structured problem-solving to tackle industry challenges.

• You are a strong communicator, capable of clearly articulating complex topics, leading discussions, and representing our organization externally.

• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy collaborating with diverse teams, and are eager to contribute to Coreso’s dynamic growth.

• Experience in people management is a plus.
